This is a fantastic DVD and comes with the sponge balls making it an even better buy. There is a lot
of moves and tricks to learn in this DVD and this to me makes it an even better buy. You will learn
several routines and also receive the information to come up with your own. This DVD is well put
together and will give you some serious material to perform and hours of entertainment and fun
learning.
