Michael Ammar gives a thorough explanation of the classic bill switch. He goes through every subtlety of this excellent technique. I think the best part is john cornelius' 5 minutes with a borrowed bill. I gave this a 4 because I actually prefer kevin king's Money Morph which is also available from Penguin.
