This is a good DVD but if you looking to learn and study the C&Bs, I would recommend other sources such as the Micheal Ammar or Eddy Ray set. Also the Worlds Greatest Magic Cups & Balls series is a fabulous resource. If you are simply looking for a quick routine to add to you walk around magic set this might be of value to you. The transition to his sponge ball routine is quite good so you get some really good material to add to your set.
