I found this entire series to be a valuable resource on performing and understanding mentalism. If you want a great place to start with someone who knows his stuff in the area of mentalism this series is for you. The spoon bending is very good I also found the stopping a watch material entertaining if not totally practical for myself. This set of DVD's is a great resource in the area of mentalism. Can't go wrong with mentalism from Osterlind.
