If you've been doing magic for a while then you'll probably know that Torn and Restored effects will always get you great reactions, but unfortunately, the torn and restored card doesn't seem to cut it for state shows. Here is the solution. Clearly show that the pages of the newspaper (and it can be any newspaper) are ripped up. With almost no moves, the paper instantly restores itself to a full paper. With this trick, there is virtually no set up. When it comes to Torn and Restored effects, this is one of the best.
