This is a great little dvd. Aldo's routine is short and sweet. it is well put together and can be performed with many presentations like a silent act to music as he does. There are some moves that use a rope. I didn't really care for these. this is very accessible to beginners and if you are looking for a linking ring routine this would be excellent. Great value item.
