For this effect to be perfect (not just good) it is essential to use the right T-shirt. Not much is
said about this on the DVD. Here is what I have found from my own experiments:
1. Very thin
fabric.
2. Cannot be slim-fit. It must be loose. Also around your 6-pack.
3. The stitching
at the bottom of the T-shirt must be as thin as possible.
4. It has to have some kind of
significant pattern on the front. Single color is no good.
I cannot go into details about
why these are important factors, but they are. To me at least. Hope this will help some of you.
