Probably the best instructional DVD I've ever purchased. The presentation is just a little on the dry side,which is why I say 9 stars instead of 10. But it is exceptionally clear and detailed. The forces range from the very simple to the more advanced ... and some are astounding even when you KNOW how they are done. I'd love to see MORE instructional DVDs like this.
