Not keen on this. Very fiddly to set up, and you have to have the tension just right otherwise the gimmick snaps or isn't powerful enough.

Also you can buy a whole load of gimmick for not a lot but paying for a 10 min DVD is annoying.

I don't recommend this unless you are very willing to mess around getting the set up just right. It's my least favourite of all the items I've bought from Penguin, but some will love it.
