This is a great effect if you can perform well. All you have to do is believe that the magic is happening and your audience will as well. My set came in slightly damaged and I notified Penguin. They promptly told me that they were sending me a new set when they get the new batch in. I have been a Penguin customer now for about ten years and I don't plan on going else where. They are the best and have the best service. Thanks for always being there for us Penguin!!!
