It's a classic, most magicians know how it works and it's really nothing new under the sky. But I
love this gag, I think it's fun and with the right acting it's really entertaining.
I know most
people believe it's a kid show gag. If properly done it can be very funny even in front of an adult
audience.
I didn't buy this to discover the secret, I already knew perfectly well how it's done
and it's really simple. Unlike many magicians, I tend to favor simple handling, simple entertaining
effects and overall simplicity. Did I mention the word "simple"? ;-)
If you want something new
to show your friends, this is not the trick to choose, I believe this works best during a stand-up
show. It's not meant to have a strong impact on your audience: it's a gag.
