This book is worth alot more than what its priced for. I have always wanted to learn a Q&A routine but I was always overwhelmed by its methods, but this book made it simple and easy to understand everything from the reading to the actual scripting of the routine. I honestly think this is a must have for anyone starting out in Q&A routines for this book will be the basic foundation for your knowledge in Q&A.
