I'm relatively new to magic, and this was my first time purchasing from Penguin, and my first time getting a Blank Face Bicycle deck. They came in pristine/mint condition - Bicycle cards, Bicycle case, and the cards felt like they'd just been cut off the press (or however cards are made. Real bikes with no face. Exactly what they say they are. Only oddity: No cellophane. Aside from that, I couldn't tell a human had ever touched the cardboard or cards. Excellent.
