If you like ashes to arm, and you do it in your own arm you have to change that now! This is the way to do it. The fact that it happens in their arm takes it to the next level.
I personally don't use it anymore, because I want my performing persona to be "clean," and I don't like the use of ashes, but there are ways of using this with incence, a la David Stone, or with Make up, a la Ekaterina.
