This effect is probably the strongest, easiest to perform CAAN effect I've ever seen. I didn't buy
from Penguin because I don't think it was available here yet when I got it -- although I'll be
asking Penguin if I can get it in my preferred Red bicycle deck. Anyway, this is like the Grail
without the "move". It's totally straightforward to the spectator and will fool most magicians. I
will be performing this tonight as part of a holiday dinner show for about 40 people and expect this
to slay them. It's just as described, in the primary handling, you place an envelope on the table
and bring out the cards in their case, the spectator picks ANY number between 1 and 52, you open the
card box, count down to the number they chose with NO funny handling, show the card at that
position, then slide a card out of the otherwise-empty envelope and that card matches. EVERY time,
no fuss. Totally worth every penny.
