I like this one. It's visual. It's a card trick that goes beyond the typical "pick a card---find a
card" format. And unlike most packet tricks, it's fully examinable. (Though in fairness, there is an
easy gaff ditch that Sankey doesn't show in the promo.)There are some sleights involved, but they're
easy. I'd rate them as 2 on a five-scale of difficulty.
My only quibble is, that like
almost all packet tricks, they don't sell refills. When the gaff cards wear out, you'll need to
purchase the brand new trick all over again. I bought this as part of a "cool box" deal. And in
retrospect, I should have bought multiples then.
One way to preserve the cards is to
practice with real jokers and just pretend that they are inverted when you do the reveal. I learned
from "Twisted Sisters" to practice with standard cards and save the packet cards for the
performance.
