If you're familiar with PH's screwed deck, then you already know what this is about. I got this
more for the iPhone gimmick.
You can't use it straight out of the box - you'll have to do
some crafting first.
You get four pieces : two white and two black. I prefer to use the
bottoms, but that's just me. I am a bit paranoid about the "realism" of the camera lens, but you're
not going to let them stare at the gimmick for too long anyway.
Remember to use an opaque
card in the middle, otherwise the light from the phone could shine through the gimmick and ruin the
illusion.
The dvd instructions are brief and direct, and edited well.
I
constructed the gimmick to have black on one side and white on the other. This way, I only have to
carry one gimmick but it can be used for either iPhone color (not meant for v5). The limitations are
the same as those with iLogo.
I prefer the improvised screwed deck from AOA (book 3) but
this is a workable variation that has been used on tv already by others.
