It's everything the ad says it is. It's a nice personal portfolio that holds your business cards, a deck or cards, pad of paper and pen.

It's not really practical for performing since you can't really put it on your belt or coat pocket. This that being said it wouldbe nice if it had a loop for your belt or a wrist cord to hold it.
