I personally think "Gallerian Bend", a DVD by Erick Castle, is a great bending method that has been
revered, and is considered by many to be the ultimate spoon bend. I agree the quality of the video
wasn't all that great for sure but if you can look past this minor nuisance and see the routine for
what it really is. This one, just on sheer appearances, is a thing of beauty and a favorite among
some of the top pros from the magic community, as well.
Just the little that I have done
on my own since learning how to perform gallerian bend, indicates to me that this is a truly amazing
work that has the potential, if used exactly as taught, to help me get so much more from this small
investment. And that is what I want for myself.
Think for yourself.
Ignore the
naysayers.
Follow the instructions given by Erick in his DVD. Follow them to a T. Exactly.
Understand that most of the instructions are given to get the gist of things and to acclimate
yourself with some of the possibilities. It's not your average silverware bend, it is much more. I
mean what more can you ask for? It's completely impromptu, without a gimmick or gaff in sight, and
it's extremely visual. I simply can't get enough of it!
For what it's worth has already
earned its keep and a personal spot in my working repertoire. You've got to not allow one or two
reviews cloud your judgment. If you can overlook the rather choppy video footage "Gallerian Bend" is
still an optical illusion masterpiece and deserves your attention. I promise you that you will get
your money's worth because I feel that I have. All of that makes it easy to overlook the rest of the
stuff.
