This is not a bad effect. In fact, it has great potential for the creative magician. This is good
for the beginning magician, but the more advanced practitioners will not constitute the methodology
very revolutionary. If you buy one of these coin holders and start to play with it, you may very
well discover the handling and maybe invent something new in the process. That having been said I
think mr. Francis does a great job teaching his discoveries and his handling. Personally, I have
become more curious in mr. Franicis' work and would love to see more of his effect. Which is exactly
why I can give this product only three stars. I would have loved to see this effect included on the
$35 "Magic of Cameron Francis" DVD, which is hopefully yet to come, then on a $20 single effect DVD.
This would also would be a great effect to have included in a book.
Obviously this a problem
with many single trick dvds, and this one is just an example of that particular development in
magic. In my opinion, single trick dvd's should only be released for the absolute cherry on the pie,
and include the most ingenious and revolutionary of methods. The other effects are great for that
magicians great book or DVD, his magnum opus!
