I bit costly for what it is. The routines are a bit redundant. However, I get a kick out of homemade gimmicks like this. It's neat. It's effective. It's simple. It's powerful. DVD is not as inclusive as some of his work. It isn't packed with multiple effects you could do in the same sitting.
