Magic Tricks

I (luckily) received these Artist Visual DVDs as a gift.
When I decided to 'have just a quick look' I was 'rapt !
Elegant hand gestures tempted me to burn those hands. I did. Pure Magic ! I found the effects enchanting. I wanted these skills.
I wondered how long it may take me. So, learning came next. The teaching is just as magical.
Movements are shown from all necessary angles. Emphasis of essential positioning is made without voice. Via very well done demonstrations. So very easily followed.
You are given plenty of time to absorb each part of each move, with out even thinking of being bored by repetition.
Even when its known how the handlings are put together, you just have to smile. I did,.. with pleasure, & so very often, on ALL of the effects shown. Its great, classy magic, well performed, & well taught.
My comments are objective, - my observations made from two relevant occupational backgrounds. I run a small Limousine Service, known for its extra services including Close Up 'Impromptu Magical Entertainment'. Also, I teach varied subjects to students with, “Challenging Behaviours!”
Just recently, when in my role as Chauffeur, I was able to convert a ‘One Ball Routine’ I learned from this DVD set, into a ‘Champagne Cork Routine’ with NO alterations to the original performance method, or even the, set up at all ! My audience was severely impressed !
Balls are an entirely different shape than corks, still the impact it had, was terrific. I now have an ‘impromptu’ magical act available, every time I open a bottle of Bubbly or appear to ‘find’ a cork ! I still use the ball elsewhere.
Using what I've learned, I have already, & am further developing my 'Champagne Cork' idea!
I found lots of the effects are easily able to be used in other unusual places.
Now, even Drink coasters, have found themselves replacing cards,.. once I understood the Card handling. - Which on this set, takes you from Lovely Basics upwards, paced & taught exactly as needed.
I am only am amateur. I would love to see what a Passionate Professional could come up with !
This is Magic I can do. Magic I can make my own. Magic I can use in BOTH my occupations I've successfully found out.
Creating curiosity is a mainstay in teaching. These DVDs certainly hooked me in. My curiosity was always rewarded by well thought out methods of skill attainment & retention.
I have used Magic in teaching environments from a jail to a classroom, even a Garage. What you get from this set really expands horizons.
There are enough effects on this set to suit all tastes & competency levels. They can be performed, well anywhere! – So I believe anyway.
Of course I've not put the Ball Routine aside. It alone has opened up other ideas. I’d love the credit for some of the Magic I can do now, but its the methods, and effects from this set that deserve thanks for my latest improvements.
The performances which sucked me in on, ALL the effects in BOTH DVDs Also, the teaching is done in such a way, that it inspires experimentation. I don’t believe this was the main intent ( if at all) The teaching ‘just is’ inspiring.
It takes a great performer to perform, but - teaching is a whole other art. Rarely do they combine. Here they have, by accident or design, it doesn’t matter. you will love all the magic you will see, and learn.
The price is NOT high for the professionalism the viewer can profit from. I Love all the content. I can’t think of a criticism worth mentioning.
The name does say it all correctly,... Artist !!
