-Jacket is only recommended don't need it!!!
-any card can be named, BUT IF THEY NAME CERTAIN ONES IN CERTAIN CASES, YOU NEED TO DO SOME STUFF AND EASILY MAKE THEM PICK ANOTHER, the DVD explains how to do that with no problem what so ever
-not recommended to be repeated, but you can
