for the price and what you learn, its a nice effect you can incorporate in your repertoire. i havent found an opportune time to use it yet but i think if you're ever in a situation where you need to do an impromptu levitation with business cards, ID/credit cards, or a deck of cards, this will work great.

as someone mentioned in another review, if you do levitation, you can pack your favorite gimmicked levitation but have this as a backup when you didnt bring anything.

i personally didnt like the context in which Nathan used this effect but the sleight he taught was a pretty nice extra and can be used in other tricks.
