Ok this dose NOT look like the lottery from where I am (N.Y., N.J.) it looks like a party tipe lotto card but if you present it like that it looks right. Having said that I did this on someone and they where amaized, so for 15 bucks it's ok. I just WISH they would look more like the corner store scratch out cards
