Lloyd really surprised me with this one. When I saw this I was a bit skeptical of the move involved
but trust me when i say wow. Very clean, very deceptive, and surprisingly simple. You can do this
very slow also which is fantastic and it fools myself in the mirror which is difficult to do when
you know what and when you are doing movewise. Fantastic download with some great potential to add
right to your own routines!
