I did not follow the advice of buying for need not to learnt he secret and now this prop will sit a
while before I find a use. Despite all the claims, it not any better than any other product that
makes liquid vanish for the most part.
You will most likely like the method but if you dont have
a routine in mind you would be doing this utility disservice. The Sunny D aspect is what makes it
limiting. I checked around and my stores dont sell Dunny D in that bottle shape. Not sure why. It
is not as familiar in my area so seems a bit cheap and out of place. He designed it it for his
show and style.
As for the method and the prop. It works and is effective but not sure how long
it will hold up. IT WILL TAKE PRACTICE to make natural. He pours too fast. The DVD is nice but
low quality and runs through some ideas but for many if you just did it as stand alone will
telegraph the prop as the key. Its strength is its put in case and go to show compared to other
vanishing props. But it lacks a spout at the end and thus you must cheat the angles or give it
away. A pitcher has the spout which can help the illusion allot. Where as all this pouring that
much liquid in the hand is a bit silly and unnatural. the audience can sense something is off.
Another advantage is that you could by this once and will learn how you can do other props that
might fit your style. His idea for Ghost bottle does not work well at all due to the laws of
physics and he does not get it to work proper on his demo either. Buy it if you know what routine
is in, Dont buy it if you just want to know how it works.
