Magic Tricks

This book is a great litmus test to see whether you prefer magic or mentalism. The magically-minded will read this book and recoil in horror at what is suggested, whereas the mentalists will clap their hands with glee and see that this is precisely what it claims to be.

There is nothing esoteric, psychic, hypnotic, spiritual or supernatural in the method. The performer does not have to be a master in NLP. But anyone wanting to actually pull of this Real Telepathy will need to understand the essence of mentalism.

The method is similar to a fleeting thought I had a few years back when reading a Banachek book, but I never took the time to distil it into something workable. Even if I had, I'm certain that what Froment presents here is cleaner, sharper and more accurate than anything I could have worked out. Effects like this are what first inspired me to push out into the world of mentalism, and whilst now in 2014 everybody is looking for the new and exciting effects and gimmicks, classics like this will always wield far more power than most stuff out there.

Before you buy, you need to know: It's not 100% surefire. It's not instantly repeatable. But everything else said in the ad copy above is true and correct. This is one of those works that will be bought by many, but performed by few. But as of my first reading of the book, I can assure you that this has gone straight into my mental pocket, ready to pull out at the right impromptu moment.
