This routine is ok. I like the way it has an whole dvd explaining the effect. You can mix the phase with other oil and water tricks to come up with a super routine or you can use this routine because its good. I just wish there was better teachings of an in the hands method instead of me having to figure that part out on my own. Overall, 3.75 stars. I recommend this.
