I have purchased quite a few of the Rubberband DVD's on the market and a couple different types that offer pre-linked bands... These are by far the best and most realistic looking bands I have seen. The elasticity of these bands are ridiculous, they can stretch around your body pretty much lol Other then the great quality of the bands the dvd is great as well, it is not in english by there are english subtitles. The teaching is as good as it could be, and all the moves and routines are well thought out. They even offer solutions to the most common "challenges" a spectator could give you which I think is very valuable information.

If your new to rubber band magic get Dan Harlans Rubberband dvds and this would make a great companion! :D
