These are great cups for anyone new to cups and balls. They are soild and are a nice colour. They are large and will fit lemons. It comes with a book that will teach you about the cups and balls routine. But the best part is the price, at this much of a discount, you'd be mad not to buy them.

the diameter of cup 7 cm approx, and the balls provided have diameter of 2cm.
