This case is constructed nicely and uses heavy gauge metal, however, when you put a deck of cards in it, it seems too small to hold the cards when they are in the card box. It is overly snug and difficult to remove the card box and cards from the guard. I have other card guards made by other companies and I would choose this as a last resort for a metal card guard.
