I really enjoyed this lecture, because Shimshi breaks down the tools of the trade for selling
yourself successfully and, at the same time, demonstrates and explains some powerful magic. He
tells it like it is: If you want to make money as a magician, you've got to project yourself as a
valuable commodity, or a luxury, if you will. As long as you back up your claims, you can command
the price you deserve. Case in point: A painter I knew was having trouble selling his work at a
low price; by his friends' suggestion, he raised his prices and his painting began to sell very
well. It seems people associate higher prices with higher quality. As long as you deliver, you are
more in control of the game. Good lecture!
