I found this lecture to be very difficult to watch. I understand why Boris won prizes in non-spoken
acts. He is so boring when he speaks. He tried to be funny but wasn't really. His french jokes got
tired after 5 minutes but he never stopped during his +3 hours lecture. As a french man I found it
over repetitive and boring.
Now I gave it 3* solely for the magic because it was strong. Had it
not been so good I would have stopped watching after 15 minutes.
I am French too and I cringed hard at his "french" jokes. I would be curious to know how it is perceived by other nationalities. I have to agree that his magic is very strong though.
I am English, but have spent quite a lot of time in France over the years. To me, his jokes about being "French" were inane, awkward, and basically ridiculous.
I am from the United States, and while I've never been to France, I have eaten a ton of French Fries, so I feel qualified to speak about his French humor...it is hilarious!
