I enjoyed Jeff's lecture. Whilst only 20 years of age, his creativity and approach is clear and
practical. With classic effects, he updates them for use with everyday objects so as to be
situational in modern day society. Whilst he is modest about his magic being for casual situations
and not for paid gigs, having being a performing magician for over 12 years and as a full time pro,
I can assure you that some of these "casual magic" effects are strong enough to be in the repertoire
of the working professional, for casual situations or meeting with clients and performing magic with
day to day objects to show them that you are indeed a magician and are able to perform magic with
almost any object.
My only negative about this lecture was not being able to see the
explanation for GUM and Silencer. Whilst I understand that they are part of other projects and that
they are gaffed magic, having seeing them explained, I would have probably ordered these products
after the lecture.
Looking fwd to more innovative and exciting magic from Jeff in 2015.
