Worst instructional dvd I've seen in 30 years. The effect may be great but it's hard to tell because the dvd is so bad. There is memory work involved and some calculations but it's almost impossible to learn because the English voice-over doesn't always sync with the actions on screen and Manuel goes over the method way too fast. Stay clear unless you speak Spanish.
