I love biographies and this is a wonderful read. This is an era when magic and woman were seldom
seen so with a strong female like Dell O'Dell it is a joy to see her take on this art and the
established order. The only criticism and this in no way takes away from the subject matter is that
the photos are all printed into the paper and sometimes slightly dark, I would have liked some gloss
but again I can live with this and there is enough of them scattered throughout the book to keep
readers interested. I would have also preferred that the dancing doll on the back of the jacket
cover be separated and inserted differently, I for one will not be cutting this off but again minor
issues and I would recommend this to all magicians. To the author well done on a fine book and
research.
