This is a well-shot and high-quality DVD, easy to follow and practice beside. This is something I've
wanted to add to my working repertoire for a while. My only suggestion for improvement is that I
would have liked to see some of the routines fleshed out a little, perhaps even shot in front of an
audience to show the potential for the material. Yes, the raw material is there but I was hoping to
be inspired a bit more - something to make me go "wow - this is how this can work in the real
world."
The suggested routines at the end are a little thin and unremarkable, but apart
from the lack of inspiration they engender, it's a good DVD and the material is well-presented.
