I purchased The Real Secrets of Magic Vol. 1 by David Stone and am not able to watch all the
explanations. I had a replacement vol. 1 sent to me and the same thing. You cannot watch the
explanations. I feel if I am spending money on a DVD that is supposed to be showing the
explanations of an effect...It Should Explain It.
This DVD is a pure rip off!
Did you try a different player? For me, the latest VLC media player has issues playing the DVD, but so far (just started watching the DVD), Windows Media player seems to be able to show the DVD properly.
Update: While using Windows Media Player resolved the language issue (VLC would only play in French), there are some explanations that do not play well -- the replay hangs and jumps.
I'm also thinking that it's your DVD player and not the DVD itself...
