i worked in the food industry for many years, and have used hundreds of ramekins. i wish this trick was around back in the day. easy to do, well thought out and explained, you'll love it! i fancy myself as a clever, macgyver kinda guy, and i've always wanted to invent a trick for the masses. but it's never happened! chris wiehl and co. have done a brilliant thing for us magi, especially for those who perform in restaurants. get it now!
