These lecture notes are pure gold... I'm not kidding. Eric dives into some of his most well kept
secrets and teaches you the finer workings of each one. Not only are these routines great, but
they're new! I'm a really big fan of an innovative mind and Eric is just that! The work he put into
these lecture notes is clearly seen within the first few parts. Get it now, seriously... they're
pure gold!
