This is one of those card tricks that you can pull out of the box and perform immediately. This is the trick I will carry with me always!! No sleight of hand,no pinky finger lift, no elmsly count. If you can spread the cards you are in like Flynn! Very strong and powerfull ending!! Excellent crowd reaction!!

Is it a trick where it only works for 1 card as in only you can't do it twice in a row?

Looks a lot like The Impossible Opener (don't know the originator). This can be done without a gimmick, and a variation can be done with a regular deck. Also, with some misdirection it could be repeated with a different card - though I don't recommend it.

How is this different from 'Colossal Blizzard'?

Regarding MadPig's question... After surprising the audience with the blank deck finish, WHY would you want to perform this again... just to show your audience how clever you are and that you can predict another card? Do you think they'll forget that the deck is blank and be surprised again? Why wouldn't you move on to something else or finish your act with this?
Although it's not part of the explanation video, if you want to perform this trick twice without spoiling the blank deck surprise ending, you could have two stranger (prediction) cards... for phase 1, have a matching card at the bottom of the deck and use sleight of hand (culling the card from the bottom) and ask a spectator to insert the 1st stranger card anywhere they want, then show that they placed the card next to it's mate from the deck... then perform phase 2 using the 2nd stranger card prediction for the effect taught with the surprise blank deck finish. If I wanted to repeat this effect, I believe that's how I'd do it... but I personally think the effect is better as it is without the need for any repeat.

You also don't perform the same effect twice anyway. Rules in magic for a reason, to protect the secrets.

To Kingspade...Yea except I ALWAYS do a repeat of Doc Daley's last trick . First, let's say red, then I say ..." Ok, a magician never repeats a trick, but ok we'll do the blacks next .." then continue with a second performace of "Doc Daley's..." Cheers Ger
