I found the choice of effects to be underwhelming and some a bit obvious (enough to not want to
perform them to lay people!)
I like Redford but I have never really found any of his stuff
I would actually use for paying audiences. The only thing I liked was his touches on equivoque -
however I already knew most of the principles that he spoke of.
His ACAAN was just a
variation of an old Dai Vernon trick and I found the other effects lacking.
As someone who
actually goes out to paying customers - it takes a lot for me to add an effect into my set (although
I am always looking for one). My advice, stick with the classics.
