I have no doubt this was an impressive book. Blomberg might be one of the best thinkers today and
nobody has heard his name before now. The routines in this book were fooling and hard hitting, but
lacked any kind of problem solving applications. Many of the tricks used difficult setups and LONG
winded sleight of hand procedures. And while I'm a big fan of mathematical magic, the principles
he's created are not explained very well. You can only really do the tricks he teaches and not much
was included to adapt them to other tricks. Maybe I'm just not a fan of Gladwin as an author, but
the book was hot and cold for me. You probably won't do much of it, if any at all, but it was a
great thinker book. Historically I think this publication will be very important later on down the
road.
