A Weak Knock-Off of Cinema Verite Report this review

Screen Test, both in method and production, is a poor alternative to the excellent "Cinema Verite" series by Jim Kleefeld. Also, the Screen Test method is most practical if you live in the UK, as the list method used would be fairly transparent to an American audience member (all I can say without tipping the method). Cinema Verite includes more movie cards (printed in full color on BOTH sides, not just one), uses a much more subtle version of the method, and includes a SECOND revelation of a number (along with the poster name, actors on the poster, etc) that is really devious, but easy to do. No memory work or involved calculations. If you like the premise of Screen Test, save your money and buy the original, Cinema Verite or Classic Cinema Verite. It's a worker developed by a pro, that you'll use all the time. I know I do!
