First, I really like and respect Richard Osterlind. His material is absolutely first rate. His effect are audience tested winners. And I own much of his books and DVD's.

That said, I was a little disappointed with Step 10: Cold Reading. Just seemed to skim the surface. Perhaps I was looking more for a set formula not a mind-set guide.

The gimmick he used in the demo video is great - except there was no info on how or where to get it. (Penguin???)

Overall, good info, worth the investment, just not up to the highest level of over-delivering Osterlind is known to provide. Sorry - Love you Mr O!
