This is a nice trick and you can do it in some situation... but you have to touch the spectator phone. So you can do it if he go to the toilet (if you are in a pub/restaurant) or if you have an excuse to use his phone for 30-40 seconds without suspects.
This have to be mentioned in description. So one star for this, i don't like lies in magic description.
