This is an extremely well made and devious product. You will break the thread eventually, and it will not always come out easy, so you will have to learn to disassemble and get it up and running again. Not fun but doable. I'm still in the "Playing with it" mode. If and when I get into performance mode I will probably rate it at 5 stars. I hope I am being fair to a great product.

When the thread does break, either blow or suck at the small hole to pull the string out again.
