Purchased once, regretted always.
Which is sad because it seems like the creator put a lot
of effort into this effect!
There are several limitations that make this trick unusable for
the average worker that are not listed in the trick's description.
Most of them, I cannot
talk about for fear of revealing the method, but here is some of the most annoying:
- The
person you are on the phone with needs to believe in numerology and then go on google and search up
Numerology and then do additional work.
- You must work numerology into your patter somehow
without it sounding dumb or pretentious.
- There is a lot of time wasted in between you
prompting them and you saying their thought of name
- The spectator needs to be thinking
about a friend with an english name
- It's not 100%
The last detail is the
biggest overlooked detail of a good, working effect. A real professional should only use effects
that work 100% of the time, with no screw ups or failures due to method or otherwise. He simply
cannot afford to make a mistake due to misremembering or other oversights. I have failed with this
effect before, and it is not pretty. I want to save you guys that embarassment.
I'm the creator of this effect, I would like to address some points:
1. The spectator doesn't need to believe in numerology, as you can basically tell him or her it's a personality reading based on numbers. I dont see this as an issue but it depends on your persona and way of presenting.
2. No effect works 100% of times, all of them have a minimum risk of failure in fact. Thus, I think there needs to be a trade off for something that is as clean as Legion.
3. I have found out names so fast, literally in less than one minute, so I don't really get the point of it being "slow". As long as you follow the supplied instructions and print up the required info, you're good to go.
Bottom line, I'm sorry if you didnt like the purchase and I understand if numerology isn't your thing - but this name divination is the only one that allows you to know aname without fishing for any letters or asking for the name directly (How? Well, you need some creativity adapting one of the variations I explain in the pdf, but that's part of the fun).
Oh, and it works in three languages as well (English, Spanish and French), I don't know any other name divination that allows this, do you? Legion also provides a great logical disconnect between the procedure and the reveal which several other methods completely ommit.
While I think a 1 star review is something VERY harsh for an idea in which I worked for more than a year (thanks for recognizing my effort in your review), I'm willing to give you an offer on any other product from myself which may suit you bettter.
