Norman Gilbreath is a genius, and his principle is extremely useful for magic tricks. The tricks he
taught here in his lecture are pretty impressive, but Norman Gilbreath is a very boring teacher. I
have watched and rewatched this lecture so I could try to learn these tricks, but it is a uphill
battle. So, after repeated viewings and cups of coffee, I was able to watch and learn these tricks.
They are really great, but require extensively set-up decks which would be fine if Norman had taken
more time to explain how the Gilbreath Principle actually works.
All in All, I liked this
lecture. It has magic that could be performed no other way than with Norman's methodology. I just
wish that it was more informative and we could've discussed the theory behind it all. The lecture
was already pretty long so I guess he didn't have time, but I felt like Norman Gilbreath did not
take much time to explain his own principle. I still liked the presentations and found them quite
fooling.
